林則徐（りんそくじょ。1785-1850/11/22）は、清末の政治家です。

林則徐は、イギリス商人がインドから清に密輸しているアヘンを焼き捨てました。
怒ったイギリスは、軍艦16隻、護送船27隻など1万9000人を広東に派遣しました。
広東沿岸を焼き払いました。
清は降伏し、開港します。

【※】アヘン戦争

１８４０年、イギリスは清朝政府のアヘン投棄に抗議して開戦し、勝利しました。
1842年南京条約を締結、香港を植民地化しました。
このあと、ヨーロッパ勢力がアジア植民地化を本格化します。

ペリーが日本に来航するのは1853年です。

Qing Government surrendered and opened the port.

1842 Nanjing treaty was concluded and British colonized Hong Kong.
After this, the European forces started to colonize Asian countries.

Perry arrived in Japan in 1853.
