電通鬼十則

4月は、第2の元旦です。
リーダーのみなさん、正月の誓いを忘れ、日常に流されがちになっているときに、「電通鬼十則」はいかがでしょうか。英語版も流布しています。

1項目でも手帳にメモをしておくのも、1法です。

電通鬼十則

1.仕事は自ら創るべきで、与えられるべきではない。

2.仕事とは、先手先手と働きか掛けていくことで、受け身でやるものではない。

3.大きな仕事と取組め！　小さな仕事は己を小さくする。

4.難しい仕事を狙え！　そして成し遂げるところに進歩がある。

5.取組んだら放すな！　殺されても放すな！　目的を完遂するまでは．．．

6.周囲を引きずり回せ！　引きずるのと引きずられるのとでは、永い間に天地の開きができる。

7.計画を持て！　長期の計画を持っていれば、忍耐と工夫と、そして正しい努力と希望が生まれる。

8.自信を持て！　自信が無いから君の仕事には、迫力も粘りも、そして厚みすらがない。

9.頭は常に全回転、八方に気を配って、一部の隙もあってはならぬ！　サービスとはそのようなものだ。

10.摩擦を怖れるな！　摩擦は進歩の母、積極の肥料だ。でないと君は卑屈未練になる。

Dentsu's 10　Working Guidelines

1. Initiate projects on your own instead of waiting for work to be assigned.
2. Take an active role in all your endeavors, not a passive one.
3. Search for large and complex challenges.
4. Welcome difficult assignments. Progress lies in accomplishing difficult work..
5. Once you begin a task, complete it. Never give up.
6. Lead and set an example for your fellow workers.
7. Set goals for yourself to ensure a constant sense of substance.
8. Move with confidence. It gives your work force and substance.
9. At all times, challenge yourself to think creatively and find new solutions.
10. When confrontation is necessary, don’t shy away from it. Confrontation is often necessary to archive progress.
